A disappointment announcement

February 7, 2022

Those of us at AutoFlexSendGo are heartbroken to have to announce the suspension of our operations. For our entire company career, especially since the beginning when we were merely PhlexxSenndd, we have been proud to be the leading innovator in sending mailpieces to the physical world directly, cleanly, and swiftly from the digital world — the cloud. We have been committed to providing premium printing, handling, mailing, embossing, and preparation for our clients.

Those of you who have been loyal followers and constant customers may be aware that recent technical impasses have been drastically hampering to the prideful execution of our mission, including our suffering a ransomware cyberattack, though we have long employed what we believed were the ultimate in state-of-the-art security measures.

We have been hearing from you nonstop that not only have physical mailpieces found their way to delays, some have been damaged in transit from our many operations centers located across New England and Southern California. Glitches in our content management programming began repeating jobs that had long been sent and closed. Some recipients received up to 4,827 copies of a document meant to be sent only once. Others received documents for which expedited delivery was crucial and on-time delivery was mandatory, imperative, obligatory, and required, up to 60 days late.

Please rest assured that we have now initiated reversal of your unnecessary additional over-charges for these erroneous mailings and that our payment vendor is committed to completing all necessary refunds, the requisite processing, auditing, and error correction supervision, within the next 730 days.

Please accept our humblest apologies for all error(s) or delays and know that we strive to resume streamlined and corrected operations as soon as possible.

I remain, your most obedient servant,

Reinhold Wilson

President and CEO of AutoFlexSendGo
